IJPAER Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are subjected to double-masked peer review and plagiarism check. Anonymity of reviewers and authors is maintained throughout the process.

STAGE 1

Evaluation of Manuscript

The Editor-in-Chief or Managing Editor evaluates the manuscript to ensure full compliance with the journal's stipulated guidelines.

STAGE 2

Plagiarism Check

Manuscripts with 20% or below similarity progress to peer review. Manuscripts exceeding 20% are returned to the author(s) for revision.

STAGE 3

Peer Review

Evaluated by an Associate Editor and two independent experts assessing originality, methodology, language, and significance.

STAGE 4

Final Publication

Accepted manuscripts are published online exactly 24 hours after payment of the article processing fee.

EDITORS & REVIEWERS

Responsibilities

  • ✓ Complete manuscript reviews within the stipulated timeframe.
  • ✓ Ensure that the review process remains free from personal interests.
  • ✓ Maintain confidentiality of all information contained in the submitted manuscript.
  • ✓ Refrain from using any content from the submitted manuscript for personal or professional purposes.
  • ✓ Recommend necessary corrections or request that authors revise the manuscript as appropriate.
  • ✓ Ensure that all cited works are referenced.
  • ✓ Give particular attention to topic novelty, research depth, logical presentation, language quality, methodology, and overall contribution to knowledge.
  • ✓ Provide recommendations for acceptance or rejection, accompanied by clear and justified reasons.
AUTHORS

Responsibilities

  • ✓ Ensure that the submitted manuscript demonstrates both novelty and originality.
  • ✓ Adhere strictly to the journal’s article submission guidelines.
  • ✓ Ensure that the manuscript submitted is not a previously published work.
  • ✓ Refrain from submitting manuscripts that are under review by another journal.
  • ✓ Ensure the authenticity of cited works, data, and research results.
  • ✓ Include only individuals who have made significant contributions as co-authors.
  • ✓ Retain and present raw data used for the study when requested.
  • ✓ Request corrections for errors or omissions within 24 hours of article publication.
  • ✓ Make an appeal to correct and resubmit a rejected manuscript for further review.
  • ✓ Pay the expected article processing fee upon manuscript acceptance.
